The bag came back all brand new and I was very impressed with the overall turn around time especially with its proximity to Christmas. Unfortunately after one week of use the stitching in the shoulder straps has started to split along the seams again substantially quicker than it did last time. I would say that even thought the bag can hold the Clevo chassis it can not take the weight of the laptop and the power supply. I've contacted Slappa to try and resolve this new failure in the product. I'm sure it would be fine for other purposes just not this particular laptop. A real shame.

This rucksack arrived on time and looked the real deal. I was happy with it for about a month after which I noticed that the shoulder strap seams had begun to split leaving open and frayed edges. I contacted Slappa via email with pictures of the defect. I got an instant reply and was asked to return the rucksack. It took me a while to find an efficient way to return it but eventually wrapped and packed it went back. Now waiting to see what returns. Top rate customer service from Slappa through out the whole process. Pre purchase question answered promptly. Order process perfect. Only downside was the split seams. Just to note that this rucksack can hold the Clevo d90xc chassis with ease which is impressive as the 17" laptop is one of the thickest on the market. There is also room for the rather large power supply that comes with the laptop. All in all a good fit. I would like to see a little more padding around the laptop itself but bearing in mind the Clevo's size that is a difficult one. I had looked at may 30 or more different makes and models of bag before ending up at the Slappa range. The price is one of the highest but as far as I can see it is one of the few that can fit my laptop so thumbs up. Looking forward to getting my rucksack back and its longer life testing.
