United Kingdom Shipping Rates:

Orders over £100 are shipped free. However, free shipping only applies to orders that ship via ground within mainland United Kingdom. For orders £99 and under, shipping is £7.50 including VAT for upto 5 items and £14 including VAT for 6 items and over.

Northern Ireland rates are £14 including VAT for upto 5 items and £25 including VAT for 6 items and over. If your order is over £100 and you are in Northern Ireland, please call 01 252 651 488 or emailukservice@slappa.comfor a custom shipping quote.

Risk of Loss

If a package is lost, SLAPPA will file the required claim to our shipper. We will resend your order to you immediately once we are informed by the shipper that the shipment is in fact lost. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, and require you use either your home or office address, where someone will be present to accept the package.
